It was love at first sight when Matt and Angie met in 2011. Angie won Matt's heart with her delicious cooking and introduced a whole new world of flavors to him. Now they've combined their passions to create a unique fusion of Filipino & American cuisine.

Honoring an Army Veteran

Matt is an Army Veteran who served his country proudly before starting his business. With every meal served, we honor him and thank him for his service.

Angie Morgan has been an immigrant from the Philippines moving to America in 2011.


Angie has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from one of the most prestigious colleges in the Philippines, De La Salle University. She later received a master’s degree in business administration from Lindenwood University, MO.


Angie has served as a business consultant for several companies and has accumulated over 20 years of management experience in the hospitality industry in both the private and government sectors.


Her career background has given her professional experience in business and financial management, sales and marketing, and food and beverage management.


Angie has always had a passion for cooking delicious food and now she's ready to bring her vision to life. Her passion for food and bringing happiness to people through her culinary creations, drives her to create the most delicious dishes.
